The Whited Lab has been awarded a new ACS-PRF grant for $70k to advance a new project investigating reactivity of metal bonds with heavier tetrylenes. We are excited for the student research opportunities this grant will support and the hopefully cool new chemistry we will be reporting in the next couple of years. Stay tuned!
Metal/Main-Group Cooperation Review
Matt’s Perspective paper on using pincer-type complexes to investigate cooperative reactivity between metals and metalloids is now out! The article focuses especially on contributions to this field by Carleton undergraduate researchers in the Whited lab. Check it out here!
